Internet Training System

As an additional bonus to the one-to-one service that Jan provides, he has set-up an Internet Training System for his clients/past clients/new clients to benefit from.

This Training System is fast becoming a very popular method of exercising world-wide. Now in the current world, people are living hectic and busy lives what with work, family and time limitations to visit the gym and maintain a continuous exercise regime.

Jan has established a system whereby you, the client can simply log-in, create your personalised password and access state of the art, specific training programmes catered for your individual requirements and goals. It is that simple to use.

The system allows you to experience everything that a one-to-one client would, a thorough consultation and lifestyle analysis, medical checks and nutritional guidelines. As a client, you will express your personal aims and goals of a training programme, what you want to achieve and set a realistic date for these goals to be attained.

Jan will personally design you a tailored programme, whether it be a resistance programme, core, flexibility or CV conditioning, whatever your goals are, he will attend to those needs.

He will simply send the programme to you via e-mail and off you go. You can use the programme at your own gym, home or wherever you choose to train.
